From dated to timeless 💜

This chair got so much more than a new fabric!

Behind the scenes, the entire interior was rebuilt—from replacing worn padding to repairing and replacing springs—giving it the support and comfort it had lost over the years. The old patterned upholstery was swapped for a beautiful, textured purple fabric that complements the warm wood frame perfectly, and the teak was refreshed with a nourishing coat of teak oil to bring back its natural glow.

Sometimes the biggest transformations are the ones you can’t see. This chair is now as comfortable as it is beautiful, ready for many more years of use.

This little beauty got a whole new lease on life! I repaired the drawers, swapped the old pulls for sleek new ones, added geometric decoupage to the fronts and sides, and gave the shelf a rich gold backdrop. The drawers are lined, and the whole piece is finished in a silky matte black for a clean, elegant look.

I absolutely love how this one turned out—classic ’60s vibes with a modern twist.

This roomy dresser got a complete new look while keeping its timeless character.

The top was stripped, stained to bring out the beauty of the wood grain, and sealed with extra coats of lacquer for a rich, durable finish. I paired it with soft sage accents, a touch of gold, and a beautiful lemon blossom design across the drawers. The warmer wood and rustic finish inspired the name Limoncello Rustico—the more relaxed, rustic cousin to my recent elegant Limoncello makeover.

Finished with new wooden knobs and lined drawers, this piece offers plenty of storage while making a statement. It would be beautiful in a bedroom, entryway, dining room, or anywhere that needs a little Italian-inspired charm.
